For Parul Acharya, Privy’s Compliance Manager, it’s about seeing progress and knowing there’s always an opportunity to learn and grow. “Seeing how far we have come and taking the opportunity to keep learning and improving inspires me every day.”

Mallory Martin, Growth Marketing Manager, finds motivation in teamwork: “Our team! I love working alongside such a smart, driven, and talented group of people. It’s incredibly fulfilling to collaborate with those who are just as passionate about our mission as I am.”

Fernanda Galera, Customer Support Representative, draws inspiration from helping others: “I love knowing that my work contributes to our customers’ success. Supporting real estate investors and agents with their real estate goals makes every day meaningful.”

Empowered women are key to success in any industry, and real estate is no exception. As Mallory points out, “Empowered women bring diverse perspectives, drive innovation, and create a culture of support and encouragement. We lift each other up, and that benefits everyone.”

Brittany Carcova, Director of Marketing, adds that having diverse voices at the table leads to better decision-making: “All team members bring a nuanced perspective to problem-solving and innovation. Having empowered women in leadership ensures a well-rounded approach to challenges and opportunities. With over 65% of real estate agents being female and over a third of investors, it is important to have voices in the room who understand your audience.

Senior Full Stack Engineer Susie Kuretski is integral to Privy’s Engineering and Product team. She highlights the importance of mentorship: “One of the most powerful ways women can uplift each other is through mentorship. When we share knowledge, experience, and encouragement, we create a stronger foundation for the future.”

Strength and Fulfillment: What Makes You a Strong Woman?

Strength comes in many forms, and for Parul, motherhood has played a pivotal role in shaping her perspective: “Motherhood has changed my perspective on how I approach my work and personal growth. It has made me more resilient and adaptable.”

For Brittany, challenges are not something to fear—they are a source of motivation: “Challenges don’t scare me. They excite me.”

Fernanda believes strength is about balance: “Being a strong woman means managing multiple responsibilities while staying true to your goals. Finding the balance between career, personal growth, and family is what makes us resilient.”
