He recognized the need for automation and aimed to use technology for the benefit of investors and agents. Growing frustrated with the laborious process of finding deals, Scott saw necessity for an innovative solution to source and compare data. He employed machine learning for database analysis and property comparisons and established a direct MLS integration. The result: Privy streamlines the process, allowing you to analyze property spreads and create an instant investor portfolio match.
